Training and Support How we support you

All new Babies Genius franchisees receive at least one month comprehensive training before starting Babies Genius classes.

Franchisees are also given on-going promotional support – head office sends out regular updates on regional promotional and advertising activities.

Our training course covers:

- Business management strategies for franchise system operations, including day-to-day operations, franchise system support, and franchise growth

- Babies Genius curriculum and teaching method
- Sales and marketing training in obtaining strong franchise candidates, building partnerships, and expanding the Young Rembrandts brand

A detailed training manual is supplied to each franchisee. The initial training is followed up with further regular training meetings, appointment of a local mentor and on-going support and business ideas for franchisees.
